News
Work on improvements to our kitchen and toilets is now finished, and from Monday 12 October, the Monday café will be back in the church.
On Monday 2 November, the church will be closed for the installation of our new heating, and just for this week the café will be meeting in Rose Hill Community Centre.
Are you looking for a place to chat, keep warm and meet with others? Our Community Drop-In Café is open on a Monday afternoon from 2.00 to 4.00 p.m. at the church. We’re open to all ages, and provide free drinks and snacks, puzzles and board games, toys, and a warm welcome from our lovely volunteers. Come and see us – whether for 10 minutes or the whole afternoon you are very welcome!
Once a month, the Monday Afternoon Drop-In Café also includes workshops designed for older members of the community. These are delivered by tutors from Abingdon and Witney College.
To book a place please contact circuitpa@oxfordmethodists.org.uk, or speak to Liz Spain or one of the Monday team (Ruth, Tony, Jeremy, Jean, Philippa, Christopher, Valerie).
